Hi friends, my name is Allison and I am a professional baker at a small batch, local bakery in Portland, OR. When I’m not baking at work, I’m usually tending to my house plants and succulent collection, or reading and researching new recipes to try at home.
This is where I document the recipes I’ve liked and some ideas I’ve come up with myself. I like to use fresh herbs, flowers, and veggies from our home garden so, keep your eye out for seasonal specials!
